How can I order?

Simple process:
-Choose your equipment
-Confirm your order
-Once your order is complete, we will ask you to confirm your contact details (phone number, email address, postal address). Following this confirmation, we will send you an order form. As soon as we receive your signed order form and your down payment, your order will be confirmed.

What is the average delivery time for a Mini Excavator?

For the Mini Excavators we have in stock, the average delivery time is around one week! Our stock of 150 Mini Excavators in our French warehouses allows us to minimize these delivery times.
Deliveries can be made to your home, to your company's premises, or to a construction site. You can also pick up the goods from one of our warehouses.

At what times of the day do you deliver?

We deliver from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery or pickup at this time.

Should I plan on having something to unload my mini excavator?

When delivering,we take care of unloadingyour mini-excavator. It will be unloaded, so you don't need to arrange for any unloading equipment.

Can I use my mini excavator immediately after delivery?

We ensure that your Mini Excavator is delivered ready to operate. You therefore do not need to plan for additional fuel or anything else; we make sure before it leaves our workshops that it is ready to operate and that you have nothing to do before your first job!

What should I expect on delivery day?

Thedriver will call youonce they are on their way to inform you oftheir estimated time of arrival. It is necessary to ensureHGV accessibilityat the time of delivery.
If you have chosen cash on delivery, you must also provide the certified cheque.
